Minor variations in color, stitching, print placement, or fabric texture shall not be considered defects.

3. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to verification and acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel any order without explanation.
  • Refuse service to any customer.
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity.

4. Pricing Errors

In case of any pricing, inventory, or technical error, Verale Fashion reserves the right to cancel or refuse the order even after payment has been received. Any payment received will be refunded.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Verale Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Customs clearance
  • Incorrect customer information

Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

6. Return & Refund Policy

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Claims for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products require a complete unboxing video.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may be rejected.

7. Refused Deliveries & Fake Orders

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, repeatedly places fake orders, or causes shipping losses, Verale Fashion reserves the right to:

  • Block future orders
  • Restrict Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Cancel future purchases

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is offered at our discretion.

We reserve the right to:

  • Request advance payment confirmation.
  • Disable COD for specific customers, locations, or orders.
  • Cancel COD orders that appear suspicious.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, product photographs, videos, graphics, text, and branding, is the property of Verale Fashion.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, or use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Verale Fashion shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages.
  • Delayed deliveries.
  • Losses caused by third-party courier services.
  • Customer misuse of products.

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

11. Fraudulent Claims

Any attempt to obtain refunds, replacements, or compensation through false claims, edited images, manipulated videos, chargebacks, or fraudulent activities may result in:

  • Claim rejection
  • Account suspension
  • Permanent purchase restrictions
  • Legal action where applicable

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ambala, Haryana, India.
