- Haryana: 2–5 business days
- Rest of India: 3–8 business days

Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and are subject to change without notice.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if provided).
Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment using the tracking information provided.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Verale Fashion will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incorrect addresses, phone numbers, or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier partners
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Public holidays
- Government restrictions
- Remote area delivery limitations
- Any circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Refused or Undelivered Orders
If a customer refuses delivery or the order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
- Verale Fashion reserves the right to refuse future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders from such customers.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package, wrong item, or believe an item is missing:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- A complete and unedited unboxing video is mandatory for all such claims.
- Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may be rejected.
Lost Shipments
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier company, we will investigate the matter and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
