Returns
We accept return requests within 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
For any claim regarding:
- Wrong item received
- Missing item
- Damaged item
- Defective product
A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must start before opening the sealed package and clearly show the entire unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may be rejected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale or discounted items
- Clearance items
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
Exchange Policy
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Customers must request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the order.
Only one exchange per order will be allowed.
Shipping charges for exchanges may apply.
Refunds
Refunds will only be approved in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product received in damaged condition
- Manufacturing defect
- Item missing from the package
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery or provides an incorrect shipping address, the original shipping charges and return shipping costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Right to Refuse Returns
Verale Fashion reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange request that appears fraudulent, abusive, suspicious, or does not comply with this policy.
